Permit Procedure
Permit Requirements
MUNICIPAL PERMIT FEE:
$50 for the first $5,000 in cost of the project, $4 for each additional $1000 in
cost.
PROOF OF INSURANCE:
Proof of Insurance is required on all projects. If a contractor is doing
the work, their liability insurance information is required. If a contractor is
not employed, the homeowner must provide a copy of their homeowners insurance.
PLEASE
NOTE:
ALL
Commercial or Industrial properties require a building permit & inspection by
the Building Code Official (Code Administrators) regardless of what project they
are doing.
