Per Borough Ordinance, trash is not to be placed for collection prior to the day of collection and containers must be removed from the curb by the end of the day of collection.

Per Borough Ordinance 75-1, no person is permitted to litter, dump or otherwise allow bulky rubbish to accumulate. Fines can and will be imposed. 
If this practice is observed, please notify the Borough Secretary at the
Borough Office.
